Mochiatsu Donut (Jefferson)

Came when they opened and apparently donuts were still being made at that time. Picked from what's available which was a pistachio and a milk tea donut. Only the second time I have had a mochi donut and these were more airy than the ones I had from Virginia. Not sure if a true difference or whether these were freshly made versus one's that were brought to me and I waited until much later to eat them. Anyway, both donuts ordered were delicious. Also got an egg sandwich which was a TON of egg. It was fine but I think I was hungry and over ordered. I would have been fine with just donut and coffee.

Mochiatsu Donuts is one of our absolute favorite spots! My daughter and I visit at least once or twice a week, either together or with her volleyball friends before their weekly practices. I can’t get enough of their delicious Potato Cheese Dog, while my daughter is obsessed with the Cheetos Dog. For something sweet, we both love their Biscotti Donut. It’s the perfect place to satisfy both salty and sweet cravings in one visit. The shop is adorable, welcoming, and always clean—even the retro-style bathroom adds to its charm. It’s a great spot for kids to hang out with friends after school, grab a quick treat before activities, or simply enjoy a fun snack break. If you’re visiting someone nearby at the hospital and need a little pick-me-up, this place is a fantastic choice. Located in the heart of Center City, Mochiatsu is a hidden gem that’s definitely worth checking out. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Some of the best brown sugar bubble tea I have ever had! Perfect amount of sweetness, and the Boba weren’t too hard or too soft. Owner is so nice too!

My cousin and I enjoyed our experience at this establishment. The person up front was so kind and sweet and helpful. Would return again! Delicious sweets!

Someone recommended this place to me at work, and as I was going home for the day, I passed by on the way to the train, figured I would stop in and check it out. As I walked in, I was greeted by one of the friendliest people in the whole city, she turned on music and everything, and was very concerned that I was comfortable there. It was a very inviting little store, very clean, very welcoming. This is definitely not your typical donut place, they have a full donut menu and everything. Ah, but I didn't try any donuts, not today. They all looked and smelled delicious, I won't lie, but I grabbed two of these Korean Hot Dogs. I've never been anywhere that had a full Hot Dog menu. They have their own house spicy mayo that they make right there in the store. I kept it simple this time, I got a #1 Original Rice Hot Dog and a #4 Original Half Mozzarella and Half Hot Dog, and they were both absolutely delicious! The breading was sweet, which I wasn't expecting, even though there were signs all over the place that suggested it would be, and the actual hot dog was great, the half mozzarella one never seemed to run out of mozzarella, it just kept coming!
